SHIPPING INFORMATION

We only deliver within the UK which includes all of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of the Highlands.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO address, Europe, Dublin and the Rep of Ireland.

There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays (except in Teesside Areas?

We only offer same day delivery in Teesside areas.

Next day and other day deliveries are available in rest of the UK 7 days a week.

Fresh flowers will arrive in our special recyclable packaging.

We use special materials which will keep your flowers fresh during transport. Once your flowers arrive please add water to them and re-eater every 2 -3 days.

If nobody answers the door our courier will leave a card, so the recipient can collect or rearrange delivery.

You can also request the parcel to be left at neighbors at the checkout page.

Please note: This is subject to the delivery drivers discretion and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Your order will arrive on the scheduled delivery day you chose when placing the order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept all card payments Vis, Mastercard, vista Debit, Delta, American Express, Switch/Maestro & JCB.

You can also pay by PayPal.

And remember we use military grade SSL payments safe and secure online payment system platform.

Yes, you can still order online with most credit/debit cards from around the world.

Payments will be in UK pounds sterling and will be converted to your own currency at a rate set by the bank that issued your card.

Should you require assistance paying over the phone we can help you do this.

If you wish to change your order, please do so by calling us on 0330 2200 786 or use live chat.

We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card message) requested at least 24 hours before dispatch. Please note that once orders have been ‘assigned to production’, no changes can be accepted.

      1. As fresh flowers are made to order and are perishable items we cannot offer money back for these.
      2. Should your order arrive damaged, have missing items please contact us immediately so we can investigate this. We will ask for photo proofs.
      3. Roxanas Flowers endeavors to dispatch all flowers in perfect condition. It is unlikely that your flowers will be damaged in transit, but if they are, please keep them and contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. Roxanas Flowers cannot be liable for claims reported after 24 hours of receipt.
