We cannot always guarantee a delivery time, but we will endeavour to deliver on your desired date & time, on some rare occasions due to traffic, bad weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances some deliveries can be delayed.

Unfortunately we don't offer any refunds for such circumstances.

Delivery is to mainland UK postcodes.

Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland.

Fresh flower cancellations and changes may be possible up to 48 hours prior to delivery, however this is not guaranteed.

We deliver 7 days a week only in Teesside areas, simply add the product and on the checkout page you can select this option.

We offer this service 7 days a week from our Middlesbrough store.

Simply add the product & on the checkout page choose Click & Collect, you will be able to selct a time and date for collection.

This service is avilable 7 days a week incldung same day collection.
